BUSH TELLS PUTIN, "RUSSIA LAGS BEHIND THE USA"

SOCHI (Russia) – At a meeting of U.S. President Bush, the new Russian head of state, Dmitry Medvedev, and former Soviet President, Vladmir Putin, it was not the old “buddy, buddy” relationship of former years between Bush and Putin.
Bush’s remarks did little to clear the air between the two, especially when Bush pointed out the failure of Russia to keep up with the world’s other technological nations.

” We even have satellite TV in the U.S.A., Vlad. Let me show you how it works!”
