FEMA Responds: New Orleans flood waters will be pumped to San Diego fires

(Washington : Ucs News) FEMA officials announced plans to build high pressure pipeline from Louisiana to Southern California. The pipeline designed to transport 50,000 gallons per minute will allow San Diego Fire Officials a nearly unlimited supply of water to fight the raging wide fires.
