FORMER PRESIDENT BUSH COLLAPSES DURING GOLF GAME, BLAMES IT ON WORRY

RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif.– Former President George H.W. Bush was released Monday following an overnight stay at Eisenhower Medical Center, where he was admitted for dizziness and dehydration while playing golf in Rancho Mirage, a hospital official said.

Resting peacefully today, Bush, 82, is staying at the Rancho Mirage estate of Leonore Annenberg, wife of the late Walter Annenberg.

” I really didn’t enjoy the game from the start,” said the former president.” I couldn’t keep my mind on golf thinking about my son and how he has screwed up just about everything screwable since he took office. This has been bothering me and its affecting my health for quite a while and it’s taking its toll on Barb also,” said Bush, tears flowing down his cheeks.

” The heat and my disappointment with George junior combined to cause me to collapse. I hope I can put up with his incompetence for the next two years. Barb and I talked it over last week, and we decided that we will vote for the Democratic candidate running for the presidency in 2008. We’re even considering relocating George Jr. in some country which doesn’t have an extradition treaty with the U.S.A. after he leaves office, as I hear that plans are being made to try him in Neurenburg…”
The former president concluded with,” The one they should really go after is Dick Cheney. He’s been a bad influence on our child.”
