Unconfirmed sources report that The President and Vice-president will star in new movie called ‘Dick & George Take On Iraq.’ In the film our two presidential heroes experience madcap adventures as they battle insurgents to liberate Iraq. The movie based on the runaway hit Thelma & Louise will be out in theaters for Christmas.
The film, set in current day Iraq, follows Dick and George from humble beginnings as buck privates as they soar up the ranks to positions of power. They two meet many familiar faces such as Sadam Hussein and even his two boys, who they wipe out in a hilarious scene featuring a box of missing explosives and a vial of nerve gas. The action is absolutely non-stop as the movie races towards a rip-roaring reprise of the most famous movie ending in history.
Notably absent from the picture is Osama Bin Ladin and Weapons of Mass destruction, both of which were featured heavily in the film’s wildly successful trailer. Studio officials admit that the film underwent several very extensive revisions during and even after filming. “Making a film like this is hard work, hard work, but we made great progress and the picture is almost ready.” Said the President in a recent interview.
“It was only a matter of time before these two really capitalized on their recent successes and headed to the big time.” Says Hollywood insider Mo Roche. “I got a chance to see the rough cut of the film and I gotta tell ya, that Dick Cheney is a riot. You wouldn’t know it from looking at him, but he is funny and charming and sweet, even when he is accidentally shooting innocent Iraqis in the back. I loved the film and I think it is going to be big in America. I don’t think it’s going to play so well overseas, but the producers tell me they think it will be a global smash.”
“It’s just terrific.” Raves Richard Perel, movie critic for the New American Century. “And I’m not just saying that because I wrote the script. I really believe that Dick and George have really made the story come alive. I can’t tell you how proud I am of this project. As a matter of fact David Frum and I are already working on a whole series of Dick & George movies. This is going to be a franchise with some real legs.”
Praise for the film had not been universal, however. The United Nations is sponsoring a boycott for the film until they can determine weather or not any Iraqis were harmed in the making of the picture.
“I am gravely concerned that Iraqi people have been killed in the making of this picture. If that is the case we will continue to support a boycott of this picture and other projects by the USA. If the picture receives an ‘Iraqi safe’ label we will lift our boycott. I understand from my staff that it is funny as hell.”
Look for ‘Dick & George Take on Iraq’ in theaters soon, but don’t worry if you don’t get a chance to see it right away, it is expected to have a run of several long years.
