McCain blasts Obama's Flood Relief Efforts "Phony Political Posturing"

(PEMBERTON, N.J.) Ucs News- Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain on saturday denounced Barack Obama for his decision help victims of the tragic flooding. The Arizona Senator called Obama’s compassion for the flood victims “a sign of weakness” and “showing poor judgment.”

Speaking with reporters after a town-hall meeting at Burlington County College, McCain said that his giving lip service to the flood victims,”I pray for you” would be more beneficial in the long run. According to McCain, “The people of the flood damaged areas show take there own personal responsibility.”

McCain went on to tell the town hall meeting “It takes great moral courage to stand back and watch a disaster, Courage that I have demonstrated time and time again.”
